Dealing with corporate challenges
At one point, I found myself at a career crossroads. My confidence was at an all-time low, and I felt like I was spiraling. I'd just been overlooked for a promotion I was sure I had in the bag, and to make things worse, my latest project had failed spectacularly.
Instead of letting it get to me, I decided to buckle down and learn from my mistakes. Funny enough, the person who ended up helping me the most was a colleague I never really liked.
We started working together, and I realized I had totally underestimated them.
Fast forward to now, I've not only made a great friend out of that colleague, but I'm also leading the very division I used to struggle in. It's been a tough journey, but the lessons I've learned and the relationships I've built have been priceless.
